Website Content Guide

A website needs to look good and it needs to read well. One of the most common mistakes a new website owner makes is to paste the marketing material from their brochures onto their website. Remember that writing for the web is very different from writing for print. Keep it simple and easy to read. If you feel overwhelmed and want help with your copywriting please do not hesitate to reach out.

Below are the list of your website pages that are ready to review.  I have provided multiple ways for you to view your pages and fill out your content guide. Please fill out each form as best as you can and submit each page as you review. The main purpose of these forms are to collect content (copy) for the website. Once the Content Guide has been complete, I will update the website pages with your copy and images. Once I have updated the website I will provide another opportunity for you to review.

By clicking the LIVE PAGE button you will be able to view the live website page.  This is a good way to review the look, feel and overall flow of the website. Most links will be active at this point, though some may not point anywhere quite yet.  All of the products are mockups during this phase.

The SPLIT button will lead you to a split screen with the form on one side and a copy of the website on the other. (This view is NOT mobile compatible.) This screen also features numbered bullet points within the website. You can click each number to be brought to that section on the form. (Please note, if you view the split screen links, the numbered bullets might not line up exactly correct but that will be resolved shortly.)

If you would like to keep it simple and just fill out the form, you can click the ICON (with the three lines). This will pull down the form for that page only.
