What website platform do you use?
A Pink Sunset specializes in WordPress and utilizes the Divi theme, which is included in all website packages. Divi is an easy-to-use, drag and drop builder that allows for clients to make simple edits and updates as needed. All Divi website designs include a custom PDF document to guide you through making simple changes. However, A Pink Sunset can work with a variety of website platforms and themes. Please inquire if you are interested in a website with on an alternative platform.
Is support included?
All website design packages come with a custom PDF document to guide you through making simple changes to your website. You will also have access to exclusive Divi video tutorials that covers the basics you may need to know. A Pink Sunset will provide support for 30 days after the initial launch (not to be used to make large design changes); monthly maintenance packages are also available.
Do you provide photos or copy?
A Pink Sunset can provide stock photos for an additional charge, but does not provide custom photography of your products or services. However, we have worked with several fantastic photographers nationwide and can recommend photographers to you. Copy can provided at an additional hourly fee.
Do I own my website once complete?
Of course! The website is stored on YOUR account and YOUR website. After launch, A Pink Sunset won’t touch your website unless specifically requested by you. (A Pink Sunset offers support for 30 days after the initial launch, as well as monthly maintenance packages that are available at an additional cost.)
Will my design be one of a kind?
Of course! You are paying for a custom design, so you will receive a custom design! All brand guides & logos/websites are carefully designed to meet your individual needs and business goals. A Pink Sunset makes sure every design is unique and one of a kind.
Are payment options available?
Yes! For any invoices over $150 we offer several payment options available. If applicable, payment plans will be discussed prior to any payments made. If you have any questions about payment plans, please feel free reach out.
